NTRB – Native Title Representative Body Is recognised under section 203AD and funded under section 203FE of the Native Title Act.

NTSP – Native Title Service Provider Is funded under section 203FE of the Native Title Act and perform the same functions as a NTRB in areas where there is no NTRB.
