NNTC Submissions
United Nations Human Rights Council Advisory Committee
The relationship between realisation of cultural rights and economic and social wellbeing is profound. For this reason, we consider in this submission the recognition of cultural rights as a key indicator for health and wellbeing, adding to the broad interpretation of article 25 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. This submission examines the legislative environment and implementation of SLO obligations in the Australian context.
