The Australian Law Reform Commission’s Fulfilling the Promise of Mabo report marks a pivotal moment for the future acts regime and the native title system more broadly.
This member-only working session focuses on what the recommendations mean for NTRB/SPs and the broader sector.
NNTC will walk through the report’s key findings, discuss practical implications for members’ day-to-day work, and open discussion on reform pathways, including what’s achievable what timelines may look like.
This is a working session, members will have the opportunity to ask questions.
