As a peak body our greatest responsibility is to serve our members.

Within the National Native Title Council two member classes exist:- one for PBCs and TOCs and the other for NTRBs and NTSPs.

This is a standard structure for peak bodies hosting different types of membership organisations, which offers flexibility in how the organisation is managed offering tailored and targeted meetings for each member class as well as full meetings for all Council members including the Annual General Meeting of the Company

To ensure the Board represents the interests of all NNTC members, the NNTC Board of Directors is made up of 10 Directors: four directors nominated from the NTRB/NTSP member class, four directors from the PBC/TOC member class and two additional Directors appointed by the Board.
