    The Central Land Council is a Council of 90 Aboriginal people elected from communities in the southern half of the Northern Territory. The roots of the CLC lie in the history of Aboriginal struggle for justice and our rights to our traditional land. The Central Land Council region covers 771,747 square kilometres of remote, rugged and often inaccessible areas.

  • Goldfields Land & Sea Council

    The Goldfields Land and Sea Council is the principal voice for Aboriginal people from the Goldfields-Esperance region on matters to do with land and waters, governance, social and economic development, heritage and other matters of justice. The GLSC is the Federal Government-appointed Native Title Representative Body for the region, enjoying widespread support from communities, organisations and individuals from throughout.

  • Kimberly Land Council

    The KLC is the Native Title Representative Body for the Kimberley region since May 2000 with responsibility to represent the Traditional Owners in the Kimberley region in getting country back, caring for country, and securing the future. The KLC is charged with the responsibility to protect traditional land and waters and to protect, enhance and gain formal status (legal, social and political) for the customs, laws and traditions of Kimberley Traditional Owners.

    Native Title Services Victoria is the legal service that represents native title claimants in Victoria. The work of NTSV includes claim negotiation, anthropological and historical research, governance capacity building, natural resource management, economic development planning and advocacy.

  • North Queensland Land Council

    The North Queensland Land Council is an Aboriginal Corporation recognised as a Native Title Representative Body to preserve, protect and promote the recognition of Native Title in the North Queensland representative region. The aim of NQLC is to achieve the resolution of Native Title claims and support the ongoing aspirations of recognised Native Title holders. To date, the North Queensland Land Council has achieved 28 Native Title Determinations by consent and negotiated a large number of Indigenous Land Use Agreements (ILUAs).

    NTSCORP Limited is the Native Title Service Provider for Aboriginal Traditional Owners in New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory. NTSCORP works to promote social justice, economic, cultural and social independence for the Traditional Owners of the lands, seas and waters through native title and other related purposes.

    South Australian Native Title Services Ltd (SANTS) is the native title service provider for South Australia, delivering a range of services to secure sustainable social, cultural and economic outcomes for Aboriginal people including the recognition of native title rights and interests. Services focus on negotiation and working cooperatively with all stakeholders to secure native title rights and interests including through the negotiation of Indigenous Land Use Agreements and Consent Determinations and the facilitation of projects and partnerships.

    The South West Aboriginal Land and Sea Council is the native title representative body of the Noongar people, who are the traditional owners of the south west of Australia. SWALSC works with members to progress resolution of the Noongar native title claims, while also advancing and strengthening Noongar culture, language, heritage and society.

    Central Desert Native Title Services Ltd (Central Desert) is a recognised native title service provider for the native title claimants and holders of the Central Desert Region of Western Australia.  This geographic region covers approximately one third of Western Australia.  Central Desert’s primary function is assisting the native title claimants and holders of the Central Desert Region in protecting and advancing their native title rights and interests and assisting native title holders in managing their traditional lands.
